We loved Portugal and we loved staying in the
Cascais House. Four of us shared this lovely home for a
month, and found everything needed to make our stay
enjoyable and comfortable. The furnishings were a mix of
old world charm and modern conveniences, lovely, clean
and bright. This was probably one of our very best
vacations.
If you’ve never been to Portugal I would suggest your
start by staying in Cascais. Restaurants of every kind,
a modern shopping mall and many fine shops all within
easy walking distance from the house. We foodies
especially loved the Jumbo Supermarket. And we
especially enjoyed the outdoor. The beaches were clean
and beautiful. In fact, Portugal is a very clean
country, with friendly polite and helpful people. We
never felt unsafe and we walked almost everywhere. And
oh the history, the rich culture the sights to see, the
things to do. Communication is no problem, and polite
requests for help are graciously met.
Getting around without a rental car was a breeze. You
have the train that runs to Lisbon every 20 minutes or
so and the bus station is right near the train station.
Cabs were easily accessed and very reasonable. We
definitely are planning on going back, perhaps again
next year.

Nuestra estancia en esta casa ha sido fantástica
y nos llevamos un recuerdo maravilloso. Cascais es una
ciudad preciosa con un centro histórico encantador y una
muy buena oferta de tiendas y restaurantes. El ambiente
es elegante, muy agradable y con un nivel alto de
educación. Es una ciudad de veraneo sin un turismo
masivo pero a la vez animado y con playas muy bonitas y
cuidadas. Igualmente se pueden hacer muchas excursiones
a otras ciudades próximas preciosas como Lisboa, Sintra,
etc. En cuanto a la casa, está situada en una zona
residencial muy tranquila, segura y bonita, muy cerca
del centro y de supermercados donde abastecerse
cómodamente. Se trata de una casa muy espaciosa y
luminosa, con una bonita, elegante y agradable
decoración, con una cocina muy amplia y con todas las
comodidades. Una casa muy agradable para estar y
disfrutarla. Cuenta con un jardín precioso muy bien
cuidado. El propietario es muy educado y se preocupa en
todo momento para que la estancia de sus inquilinos
resulte inolvidable. La recomendamos absolutamente!
Our stay in this house has been fantastic and we took a
wonderful memory. Cascais is a precious city with a
charming historical center and a very good supply of
stores and restaurants. The atmosphere is elegant, very
pleasant and with a high level of education. It is a
city of summering without a simultaneously animated
massive tourism but lively and with very pretty and
taken care beaches. Also easy to make many trips to
other precious next cities like Lisbon, Sintra, etc.
Concerning the house, is located in a very calm, safe
and pretty residential zone, very close to the center
and to the supermarkets. It is a very large and luminous
house, with a pretty, elegant and pleasant decoration,
with a very ample kitchen and all the comforts. A very
pleasant house to be and to enjoy it. Also with a very a
well taken care precious garden. The owner is very
educated and he worries at any moment so that the stay
of its renters is unforgettable. We absolutely

Hemos
pasado una semana muy agradable. La casa es muy confortable, bien
equipada y estratégicamente situada en el centro de Cascais para
visitar los lugares mas interesantes como Sintra, Lisboa,
Estoril...etc. Se trata de una casa con un bonito jardín, bien cuidado
y una casa lujosa con buen acceso y tranquilidad. Ideal para viajar en
familia. El trato tanto del personal que cuida la casa como de los
propietarios ha sido excelente. Recomendamos esta casa para pasar unas
buenas vacaciones. Un saludo y gracias por vuestra atención. Volveremos
a vernos.
We have spent a very
pleasant week. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and
strategically located in Cascais center to visit the most interesting
places like Sintra, Lisbon, Estoril… etc. It's an house with a
beautiful garden well cared and a luxurious house with good access and
tranquillity. Ideal to travel in family. The treatment as much of the
personnel who takes care of the house as of the owners has been
excellent. We recommend this house to spend some nice vacations.

The apartment is in excellent condition, clean,
spacious and situated in a nice area, ideal for
holidays. We enjoyed our stay here very much.
It was the second time we rented an appartment from
SintraHolidays.com because we like this area very much
and because everything was well taken care of. This
appartment is situated close to a modern shopping mall,
there are 2 supermarkets near by, it takes only about 10
minutes to walk to the beach or the town centre of
Cascais, so a car is not necessary.
Busses to Estoril, Sintra and so on depart just around
the corner. The train station is 10 minutes walk and the
train takes you to Lisbon in half an hour so this
appartment is an ideal combination for a holiday with
beach and cultural activities. In Cascais centre you can
rent bikes for free and cycle to Guincho Beach. We can
recommend this appartment for sure and we hope to come
