La casa è molto spaziosa, pulita e
accogliente. il proprietario è una persona veramente
gentile, cordiale e molto ospitale, pronto ad aiutarti e
a darti consigli in qualsiasi campo. nonostante sia un
pò in periferia, arrivare in centro è molto facile
grazie alla fermata della metro vicinissima
all'appartamento! e poi a meno di 200 metri
dall'appartamento, si trova il centro commerciale più
grande del Portogallo, con moltissimi negozi, ristoranti
e fast food, cinema, un ipermercato gigantesco e
addirittura un parco giochi con tanto di montagne russe!
Consiglierei questo appartamento a chi non vuole
spendere troppo ma cerca comunque un posto accogliente e
pulito!.
La maison est très spacieuse, propre et accueillant. Le
propriétaire est vraiment aimable, cordial et amicale,
toujours disponible pour aider et conseiller dans
n'importe quel domaine. Bien que pas au centre
historique, arriver au centre est très facile grâce à la
station très proche du métro, moins de 200 mètres de
l'appartement, au plus grand centre commercial du
Portuga, avec beaucoup des magasins, restaurants et
fast-food, cinémas, un hypermarché colossal et inclus un
parc de diversions avec des montagnes russes! Je
conseillerais cet appartement à qui ne veut pas dépenser
trop mais il essaye cependant un endroit plaisant et

| We had a wonderful week in Lisbon
thanks to the excellent location of our apartment, the
very nice landlord, the metro station and the huge
shopping centre next to our apartment. It isn't a luxury
apartment but it provides all it promises and the prize
is really appropriate. We can warmly recommend the

merveilleuse à Lisbonne grâce à la localization
excelente de cet appartement, à la sympathie du
propriétaire, à la station de métro et au centre
commercial énorme à côté de notre appartement. ce n'est
pas un appartement de luxe mais fournit tous qu'il
promet et le prix est vraiment approprié. Nous pouvons
chaudement recommander l'appartement à de futures hôtes.

Lisbon House is in a great location
and the owner was very gracioius. He picked us up at the
airport as promised and took us to the apartment. The
apartment is exactly as the shown; it is clean and had
all the conveniences that we, a family of 6, required. I
highly recommend it to other travellers.
La Maison de Lisbonne est dans un excellent endroit et
le proprietaire était très gracieux. Il nous a pris à
l'aéroport comme promis et nous a portés à l'appartement.
L'appartement est exactement en tant que montré; il est

Eu e a minha família gostamos
muito da casa e da sua localização pois está muito
próxima do Colombo e do metro. É uma zona muito calma e
o proprietário também é muito simpático e sempre
disponível para ajudar.

comercial...), limpo e arejado. Está muito bem equipado,

| Had a great time in Lisbon. The
owner was very friendly. The apartment is clean and very
well located. Across the street, a huge shopping complex
with attractive prices (in comparison with Russia), huge
selection. Close to subway station. Good combination of
price and quality.

Spacious and nice. Owner realy very

zona tranquilla, e vicino ad un grande ed interessante
centro commerciale, dove è facile reperire di tutto!
Posizione veramente strategica per essere non lontani
dall'aeroporto e non lontani dal centro. Il
proprietario è veramente gentile e disponibile!

The house of Luis is very nice: big,
fully equipped, clean and really nearby to the metro
station. The city-center is just ten minutes from the
house and the airport few km too. Luis was really
friendly ...really helpful with us... he wait us in
the airport at our arrival and help us with luggage
during come back. For next travel in Lisbon we will
contact You again, without doubts ! My English is not
so good, but I hope to be able to give You the
"idea" of hospitality and efficiency of this
house.

had a very nice stay in Lisbon! Luis was very friendly and wanted to
help us with anything! The house was big, fully equiped, clean and it
was a quiet neighbourhoud. the metro/Taxi was very near, so we could be
in the centrum in just a few minutes! it was very nice!

Appartement
propre et spacieux. Situé tout prêt d'une station de métro permet
d'être en plein coeur des quartiers historiques de Lisbonne en un quart
d'heure. ce logement bénéficie égalment de service de proximité trés
intéressant, sa situation géogrphique permet d'acccéder rapidement aux
divers axes routiers( prendre le temps pour se repérer eafin d'y
acccéder). Si faute de temps on a pas pu rencontrer le propriétaire ce
dernier était trés attentionné sur le déroulement du séjour et pour ses
diverses explications qu'il nous communiquait par téléphone,
proprietaire fort sympatique.

piso es amplio, muy cómodo para ir de vacaciones, en una zona tranquila
y muy limpio. En definitiva muy acogedor y bien conservado por el
propietario. Bien comunicado por metro. Si vas en coche no hay

are 3 couples who have just returned from a 5 day trip to Lisbon. Luis

foi muito bom. O senhor Luis foi super prestativo ate mesmo quando eu
me enganei no horario do voo e o fiz esperar duas horas. O apartamento
foi nota 10 e a localizacao nao podia ser melhor, pois era proximo a um
grande shopping center e super facil de ir ao centro com conducao
propria ou publica. Saimos com a ideia de que ganhamos mais um amigo e
o senhor Luis e sua familia serao bem-vindos a nossa casa na Holanda ou
no Brasil quando estiverem de passagem.
Our
staying in this house was great. The apartment has all the main things
necessary for a comfortable staying and it is conveniently located next
to a major shopping area and public transportation. The owner was very
kind to pick us up at the airport and even though I mistaken on the
time by two hours (making he wait for us for all this time) he welcomed
us very warmly and gave us tips for a better stay besides making
himself available for any questions we could have.

We
just returned from the Lisbon House and everything was perfect!! HUGE
apartment if you need space with many travelers. Two bathrooms are so
nice when getting ready to go out. A very short walk away (2 minutes)
is the Metro stop and bus service and a beautiful mall with lots of
restaurants. Very safe neighborhood and parking is simple and easy. The
owner is so nice and helpful in every way imaginable. Why bother with
hotels any more, this is the way to go! I will recommend his apartment
to any family visiting Lisbon in the future.

apartment, lighted and aired, is located at a quiet residential area. It
is well equipped and very close to the Colombo
shopping centre, bus and metro. The owner, Luis, is
extremely attentive and kind. He came every time we

(a group of five girls) stayed at the Lisbon House for 3 days in Feb,
which were great! Luis is super nice and even pick us up from the
airport, even when our flight was delayed for a day!!! He also gave us
tips on where to go/eat. The apt is very clean and the location is
great (close to mall, restaurant, subway/train, and super-market)! I
would highly recommend this place for your Lisbon stay.

owner very generously brought us, to and from
the airport.The accomodation was as described
and very clean.There is not a lot of space, but
the metro is 5 mins walk which we used all the
time.There is also a large shopping centre with
an indoor roller coaster among other things
beside the metro. The owner was available by
phone if we had any difficulties and he sorted
out the bus shedule for us when we decided to go
out of the city.
